Construction Claims: Preparation, appraisal, defense and negotiation of construction claims on behalf of employers, contractors and subcontractors. Advice on avoidance and settlement of disputes.

Contractual Advice: To avoid disputes it is essential that parties to a contract are aware of their contractual responsibilities and liabilities. A further requirement is that the employer has correctly detailed their requirements within the contract documents. Preliminary advice and risk analysis can be prepared for contractors and employers during the bidding stage and contract documents can be prepared for employers.
