Charndell Associates Co., Ltd.,
"Charndell", was established in
Bangkok, Thailand in September 2000. Charndell's objectives are to provide
high quality professional dispute management services, i.e. dispute
avoidance and dispute resolution services, to with a focus on the
construction and engineering industry but also dealing with other types
of commercial disputes, e.g. international trade, shipping etc.
Many organisations find themselves involved in disputes. It is
usually advisable for the client to attempt to avoid the dispute where
possible.
Charndell are able to provide the services of

and experienced consultant, who can determine the status of a
contract, identify the problems, and work with
the Client to mitigate and resolve these problems, thereby minimising the financial consequences and avoiding
expensive and lengthy arbitration or litigation proceedings.
